Application of Thai yoga massage

Applying a gentle acupressure with thumbs, hands, forearms and feet along the energy lines, using yoga asanas, and stretching activating and stimulating the muscle and skeletal system and relaxing the central nervous system  can help the body unblock trapped energy, improve blood circulation, energy balance, clarity of mind and sleeping patterns.

The Massage is applied on a mat or futon wearing comfortable clothes.
